Schedule & Manageable Call: Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek with a
dedicated half-day for administrative tasks. Pediatric call
averages 6-7 days/month, plus one full weekend, with flexible
options to take additional paid calls Attractive Earnings
Potential: Base salary between $250,000 and $300,000, with wRVU
production allowing physicians to earn over $400,000 annually
