summary: The Acute Care Resident RN provides direct patient care
using the nursing process in a medical-surgical setting, assessing,
planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes. This role
requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and relevant
certifications, with flexible scheduling including on-call and per
diem shifts. The position is onsite at Covenant Health Plainview,
emphasizing patient-focused, compassionate care within a supportive

Resident RN The RN independently uses the nursing process to
safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of
patients. Uses information from a variety of sources to assess,
plan, implement, identify outcomes and evaluate patient's plan of

Surgical This role is an onsite position and will report onsite
daily as scheduled Flexibility to work a rotating schedule,
including weekends & holidays as scheduled Work Status Available :
Per Diem / On Call, Day Positions specified as “on call/per diem”
refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed
basis” to fill in for staff vacancies. Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program Upon hire: National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: Texas
Registered Nurse License -OR- Texas Graduate Nurse Permit Within 6
months of hire date: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale
Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course Graduation from an
accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of
