Job Description:
Description Infusion RN - Chemotherapy The Infusion RN has
knowledge of Oncology, chemotherapy administration, side effects,
infusion therapy, blood product administration, pain management,
knowledge and skills with port-a-caths and all venous access
devices. The infusion nurse applies the nursing process in direct
patient care and coordinates the interdisciplinary team to
intervene according to assessment findings. Providence caregivers

will report onsite daily as scheduled - Work Status Available: -
Per Diem / On Call,Day Positions specified as “on call/per diem”
refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed
basis” to fill in for staff vacancies Required Qualifications: -
Nursing degree/diploma - Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association -
Within 1 year of hire: ALS Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's
Degree - 12 cancer-related CE's after hire -OR- - OCN certification
after hire - 1 year Nursing. - 1 year Oncology experience. -
