Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to make quick decisions, and a commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients presenting with various medical emergencies. Responsibilities Assess and triage patients in the emergency department, prioritizing care based on severity of condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Perform emergency procedures such as tube feeding and advanced life support as necessary. Maintain accurate medical documentation and coding in accordance with ICD-9 standards. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in case management and treatment planning. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition or emergencies. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
