Job Overview We are seeking a skilled RN Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment. Assess patient conditions regularly (head-to-toe assessments). Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Accurately chart patient assessments, interventions, medication administration, and telemetry interpretations in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Respond rapidly to cardiac arrests, code blues, and other emergencies. Facility Requirements - Minimum 2 years of Telemetry required. Active BLS & RN License required.
