TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Lubbock, Texas, 79410! Pay Information $2,020 per week About The Position Job Title: Telemetry Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Valid State License required Certifications: Compact license must be in hand at submission Must-Have: - Ability to float between units - Availability to work every other weekend - Commitment to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) Description: Position requires floating between units. On-call is not required. Weekends are required every other weekend. Expected nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:4 to 1:5. Dress code for licensed nursing personnel is solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable. Unlicensed personnel must wear solid hunter green uniforms or scrub attire. Free parking is available in unrestricted spaces. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Failure to float may result in termination of the assignment. Providers must complete required modules prior to starting. Modules are self-reported and recorded. Communication devices required for the assignment will be provided at no cost.
