qualified Med/Surg RN in Lubbock, Texas, 79410! Pay Information

The dress code for licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN) is solid
navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. (Scrub tops may have
colored piping.) Print tops are not acceptable attire except for
licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU).
Women's Services (L&D, Mom/ Baby) will meet the requirements
for their unit specific scrub attire. b. The dress code for
unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT) is solid hunter green
colored uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable
except in the areas noted above.Parking Notes: Free in any

guaranteed hours.If required for the assignment, Client agrees to
supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone,
pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to
Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone
required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly,
for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a
maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be
responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to
Agency. are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours
