Job Description:
Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care,
the performance of assigned staff, and unit management 24 hours a
day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s). Works
closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care
across the continuum. Minimal supervision required. Providence

them. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, for:
Hospital/Clinic. Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiac Services
Education and Research Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Pediatric
Emergency Department Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit JACC, Within 2
years of employment. Coursework/Training: JACC Medical Oncology and
Physicians Offices: Maintains radiation safety training annually.
Maintains conscious sedation education annually. Meet the criteria
to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the State
of Texas. Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire TNCC, ENPC -
TNCC and ENPC Instructor preferred (for Manager, Pediatric Trauma
Program) upon hire 3 years of Professional nursing experience. 2
years of Clinical experience in specific clinical area. Preferred
qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, for: Staffing
Operations Nurse Manager Masters degree in Nursing for: Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit Pediatric Emergency Department Pediatric
Medical Surgical Unit Masters degree for Invasive and Non-Invasive
Cardiac Services Education and Research Specialty certification
related to practice upon hire Provider Pediatric Advanced Life
Support (PALS) - American Heart Association upon hire National
oncology certification (OCN), Maintains chemotherapy hospital-based
certification every 2 years (for JACC Medical Oncology and
Physicians Offices) upon hire Supervisory/leadership experience Why

$ 48.96 - $ 77.29 The amounts listed are the base pay range;
additional compensation may be available for this role, such as
shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra
shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
