Role: Chief Philanthropy Officer/Executive Director Join us at the
Covenant Foundation as the guiding force in developing, managing,
and evaluating innovative philanthropic programs for the Texas/New
Mexico Service Area. Based in the vibrant regions of West Texas and
New Mexico, you will spearhead efforts to provide essential
resources for Covenant Hospitals and programs, aiming to enhance
community health through targeted fundraising initiatives. What
Youll Do: Fundraising Visionary: Spearhead the creation and
expansion of an innovative fundraising program for Covenant,
leveraging cutting-edge technology and cultivating meaningful
partnerships both internally and externally. Ensure success by
integrating modern systems with personalized engagement, driving
growth and impact. Lead and nurture a dynamic board of directors
and dedicated staff to consistently achieve excellence and
progress. Philanthropy Architect: Design and implement strategic
initiatives that amplify our fundraising capacity, focusing on
capital equipment, research funding, and infrastructure development
to meet the evolving needs of healthcare delivery. Community
Connector: Cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships with
individuals, organizations, and governmental entities, acting as a
beacon of healthcare excellence in the Texas/New Mexico region.
Campaign Strategist: Lead comprehensive fundraising campaigns
centered around pivotal areas such as cancer, cardiac, and
childrens healthcare. Collaborate with divisional shared services
to streamline planned giving, special events, donor engagement, and
prospect research. Performance Optimizer: Foster a culture of
continuous improvement, championing the values of Compassion,
Dignity, Justice, Excellence, and Integrity. Guide the local team
to achieve organizational key outcomes by executing impactful
business strategies and donor cultivation. What Youll Bring:
Educational Background: Bachelors Degree in a related field, with a
preference for a Masters Degree and specialized training in
charitable giving and its tax implications. Leadership Experience:
Over a decade of fund development or related fundraising expertise,
complemented by five years of progressive management and leadership
roles. Technical Proficiency: Adept in financial management,
healthcare industry standards, human resources management, and
data-driven decision-making. Strategic Executor: Demonstrated
success in executing organizational change, managing matrix
relationships, and sustaining growth under tight cost constraints.

serve. Therefore, leaders applying for this role will be required
to work a hybrid schedule, which consists of three days onsite, two
days remote and live within a reasonable commuting distance to the

and much more. Pay Range: $ 57.31 - $ 101.34 The amounts listed are
the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for
this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime,
premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
