direction of the Section Supervisor, the Medical Laboratory
Scientist employs professional knowledge and judgment to perform
technical, physical, clerical and quality assurance functions in
the department. W ork independently to prepare patient
samples/specimens for laboratory tests; perform various chemical,
microbiological, and microscopic tests to obtain data for use in
diagnosis. Perform quality control, calibrations, and equipment
maintenance. Please note the following important details regarding
this role: Location: Covenant Health Plainview 2600 Dimmitt Road,
Plainview, TX 79072 Work Status Available: Full Time, Night Hiring

Required qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology,
Clinical Lab Science or equivalent science degree or Meet CLIA
requirements Preferred qualifications: 1 or more years of work
experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably in a hospital

$ 27.20 - $ 42.23 The amounts listed are the base pay range;
additional compensation may be available for this role, such as
shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra
shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
