Job Title: NICU Registered NurseWe are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Advocates Network-Nursing. As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.Job Summary:This is a travel nursing opportunity for a NICU Registered Nurse to work in Lubbock, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent experience in NICU and be able to work 12-hour night shifts.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in NICU careRequirements:
  • Active TX/Compact State Registered Nurse License
  • Valid BLS, PALS certifications
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
