As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.About the RoleAs a Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care, conducting patient assessments, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. You will also administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and provide health promotion, teaching, and training to family members.Responsibilities

• Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Provide health promotion, teaching, and training to family members
• Responsible for accepting and writing verbal orders from physicians as requiredRequirements
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
