Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified PICU RN in Lubbock, Texas, 79410 About The Position Job
Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: PICU Job Duration: 16 weeks
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not
specified Experience: At least 1 year of PICU experience required
License: Valid Compact license must be in hand at submission
Certifications: COVID-19 Vaccine Required (Medical/Religious
Exemptions and Declinations Allowed); Flu Vaccine: Unknown
Must-Have: PICU Experience Job Description: - Position requires
floating between units. - On-call is not required. - Occasional
weekend work is required (Sundays/Saturdays). - Block schedules are
required. - Expected nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:2 - 1:3. - Must
commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving,
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). -
Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a
given state; refusal to float may result in termination of
assignment. - Orientation includes 40 hours. - Communication
devices required for the assignment will be supplied, or
reimbursement will be provided for necessary work-related cell
phone use up to a specified amount. - Must have at least one year
of employment covered by references within the last three years.
The year does not have to be consecutive. - All prospective
employees should be aware of the importance of having reference
