Job Description:

Clinical Program Coordinator RN - Trauma Services - Covenant Children'sDaily direct patient and family interactions related to decreasing costs, length of stay and increasing patient satisfaction. Works directly with patients and families in their care and movement through the hospital course. Quality Management RN Lead: The Quality Management RN Lead supports the quality improvement process through the review of quality indicators, analysis, and reporting. The Quality Management RN takes actions as needed based on identification and analysis of trends related to outcomes, as well as knowledge of the organization, its policies, procedures, and personnel.

Required qualifications:

* Must meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the State of Texas
* Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
* Trauma care, quality management, and critical care experience

Preferred qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
* Current or Previous CCRN or CEN
* Critical Care experience
