Job Description:
A company is looking for a District Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth store visits of each location in the district
monthly to maintain exemplary hospitality and uphold company
standards
Train and develop Store Managers, create and execute plans to
improve store performance, and analyze P&L results to maximize
sales
Coach Store Managers on HR/performance issues, hold them
accountable for store operations, and develop a bench of
high-performing leaders for succession planning
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of multi-unit retail experience with a passion for
promoting cycling
Willingness to travel, including monthly store visits, occasional
overnight travel, and 1-2 trips to company HQ per year
Excellent relationship building skills, exceptional organization,
time management, and follow-up skills
Located in or willing to relocate to the assigned district, with
familiarity of the area preferred
