Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Reimbursement Manager for a
fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing billing and collection functions for all payer groups
Monitoring cash flow, bad debt losses, and compliance with
regulations
Providing input on strategies for accounts receivable
management
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of billing and collections experience
Experience in home infusion and specialty pharmacy
Knowledge of financial reporting, HIPAA guidelines, and healthcare
regulations
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
Experience with CPR+ systems and Microsoft Excel
