A company is looking for a Client Success Manager in the health
insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Help clients achieve optimal value of predictive analytics health
products
Guide clients through implementation and establish ROI metrics
Review client dashboards for usability and insights on model
performance
Qualifications:
4+ years' experience in customer-facing roles in health
insurance/benefits admin/health care
Prior experience in project management/account management
Strong Excel and CRM (preferably Salesforce) experience
Highly organized with the ability to establish and exceed
objectives
Customer service driven with relationship-building skills
