A company is looking for an Engagement Manager for their
Professional Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and
maintaining strong relationships
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects,
ensuring adherence to timelines and governance processes
Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and contribute
to business growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a
related field
Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or similar client-facing
role
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of SaaS software delivery processes and
project lifecycle
Proficiency in project management software and tools
