A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core benefits
platform team
Translate manual ops workflows into scalable, automated systems for
upfront price transparency
Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure tight feedback
loops
Qualifications:
3+ years of product management experience in high-growth and
at-scale products, preferably in a platform or infrastructure
area
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and solve problems affecting
multiple user types
Proven ability to drive outcomes and take action to overcome
obstacles
Strong data analysis skills
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across various
disciplines
