Job Description:
A company is looking for a Short Term Disability Case
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Make timely and accurate short-term disability claim decisions
Contact internal and external partners to gather relevant
information
Document claim systems accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
12-36 months of STD claim experience
Proficiency in STD, SDI, and AM product and claim
administration
Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing these products
and services
Possessing or pursuing a New York Independent Adjuster license or
industry professional designations is a plus
