Our Lubbock-based Real Estate Investment company is growing! We are hiring a Renovation Project Manager to join our growing team!

Renovation Project Management experience is a must for this leadership position. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly motivated, driven, and possess an enterprising attitude. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the renovation project management for the company, including the production of accurate budgets and timelines, establishing and maintaining a reliable pool of contractors, keeping all projects within budget and timeline, and enforcing quality control measures to enhance the quality of the company's renovation projects.

This person will possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while dedicated to continuous improvement and meeting quality standards. They must possess extensive knowledge of renovations and be a firm leader and must possess the skills to manage contractors.

Responsibilities:
--- Producing accurate budgets and timelines
--- Maintaining all projects on budget and on time
--- Establishing and maintaining a reliable pool of contractors
--- Enforcing quality control measures to enhance the quality of the company's renovation projects
--- Creating and managing the Scope of Work for all renovation projects
--- Lead daily/ weekly calls communicating the progress of projects
--- All other duties as assigned
