OXXO USA is seeking an energetic and experienced Retail Maintenance Technician to join our team. As the Retail Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while maximizing store profitability. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for ongoing activities related to the successful operation of our retail stores. Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). Evaluates and recommend equipment improvements to improve availability, capability, and yield. Performs equipment failure analysis (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance). Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. Occasional travel to surrounding markets such as Odessa, TX and Midland, TX. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy and vision of the organization. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED (Required) In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. No Licensure or Certification Required. JOB REQUIREMENTS Communication Customer service Preventative Maintenance Some knowledge of electricity and electrical currents EHS & S Standards and Procedures Problem Solving Must be able to wear PPE All revenue generating equipment to be fixed within 24 hours High priority to ensure equipment functionality with responsibility for operation and quality along with general equipment maintenance and replacement. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Identify and proactively report equipment issues. Comply with all safety requirements. Wear PPE as required. Required to maintain safety and performance of assigned vehicle.
