Responsibilities Kindly greet customers in a timely manner and direct to correct department Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate department Issue gas cards for lot fuel and sold units, and post receipts Organize and reconcile keys for all vehicles - new and used Stock in incoming units from convoys, purchases, or dealer trades Driver coordination for deliveries and moving vehicles between locations Minor accounting duties and reporting Be able and willing to be cross trained for other positions in the office. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Automotive experience preferred Highly organized and eagerness to improve Willingness to take initiative Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills Ability to handle multiple tasks easily Ability to provide quality customer service Work with all levels of employee Clean driving record and valid driver’s license At Smith Auto Family, our vision statement is "Families helping families."
