Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in fire suppression products
and services, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join
their team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of
the Customer Service Department supporting teams across the US,
Canada, and Latin America. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and agility to adapt in
a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Customer Support Specialist Location:
Lubbock, TX Pay Range: $16.00 Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday
through Friday What's the Job? Handle customer complaints and
provide effective resolutions to ensure satisfaction Review and
close disputes in collaboration with the collections team Follow up
and coordinate internal resolution processes for customer issues
Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and credits
efficiently Maintain and update cases in Salesforce.com to ensure
accurate tracking and reporting What's Needed? Strong
problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work Ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing
priorities Excellent active listening skills and attention to
detail CRM experience with Salesforce.com, SAP, and JD Edwards
preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; bilingual skills
