Description Patient Care Technician I The Patient Care Technician assists patients with activities of daily living and selective procedures delegated and communicated by the licensed nurse. These activities focus on maintaining a safe, hazard free, clean environment which facilitates patient focused care. Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training - Successful completion of Patient Care Technician Course (Require certificate of completion from school.)
• Must achieve BLS (AHA) certification with 30 days of employment. Preferred Qualifications :
  • Coursework/Training - Completion of Certified Nurse Aide Course within 1 year of hire.
