Perdue Brandon continues to grow and currently has 14 primary offices in Texas and multiple satellite locations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Florida servicing clients in seven states.For more information on our firm, please visit our website: About the Opportunity: Our Firm is looking for an experienced Office Manager to be responsible for the general operation of our Lubbock office. The main objective for the Office Manager is to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. To be a successful hire, prior experience in office administration is required with the ability to handle a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel as well as have the ability to learn new programs. Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
  • Audit vendor payments
  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors and service providers by ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Serve as first point of contact between employees and HR
  • Maintain electronic personnel files
  • Recruiting
  • Provide benefits orientation to new, full-time hires
  • Facilitate annual Open Enrollment webinars
  • Review and submit timesheets for payroll
  • Work with confidential data, which if disclosed, could have significant internal and/or external effects
  • Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications and Skills:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in office management
    • High level of skill and comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office suite
    • Microsoft Dynamics GP and Dayforce experience a plus
    • Strong written and verbal skills
    • Data entry and database management skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Self-starter with a proactive approach to assignments, ability to solve problems with limited supervision, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • The ability to drive project schedules from start to finish, including managing peers and upper management
    • Willingness and ability to provide leadership and insights while supporting the Firm's strategic objectives
    • Strong planning, organization, and implementation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
