We are looking for a Staff Tax Accountant with 3-5+ years experience to join our team! As a tax accountant you will provide tax services including tax return preparation, planning and consulting. We serve individuals, businesses, corporations, trust, estates, partnerships and non-profits. We deal with federal taxes, state taxes, payroll taxes, excise taxes and sales tax. We service clients involved in manufacturing, retail, oil and gas, agriculture, and medical industries.*\*Compensation - Negotiable Based on Experience**Duties:*Preparation of individual and business tax returns of varying complexitiesPreparation of payroll tax returnsClient accounting services and assistanceDemonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional standardsKnow and understand the reason for the firm's policies and proceduresParticipate in training courses to further develop technical skillsProvide excellent client service by quickly producing quality work and providing attentive serviceBecome proficient at tax research, which includes obtaining a knowledge of the firm's reference sources*Qualifications:*Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
